1. How it works
Because our courses are digital and available instantly, we can't take them back like a physical product. Instead, we offer a 14-day guarantee on every individual course purchase:
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the course.
- Telling us why is optional, but it helps us make our courses better.
2. When refunds aren't available
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Courses marked "final sale" or sold at a clearly stated non-refundable price at checkout.
- Downloaded or substantially completed courses where the request appears to be an attempt to keep the content without paying — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service, such as sharing logins or redistributing course materials.
3. Bundles and memberships
If you purchase a bundle, membership or payment plan, any specific refund terms shown at checkout apply. For payment plans, a refund within 14 days covers payments made so far and cancels remaining payments.
4. Processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. Once a refund is issued, your access to that course ends.
5. Duplicate purchases and technical problems
Bought the same course twice by mistake, or can't access a course you paid for? Email us — we'll fix access or refund the duplicate, regardless of the 14-day window.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve things quickly. Course access may be paused while a payment dispute is open.
